Because of travel delays getting to the property, bad information on the location of the property, and only a three hour window for check in I was not able to find or check into the property. Because of this I had to secure another location to stay at for a much higher cost. I am still trying to secure repayment for the cost of the room that I had paid for.

Absolutely disgusting. A warning beware DO NOT BOOK With these people, you WILL be disappointed I promise you. Booked weeks in advance, tried calling the several times soon arrival in the way from airport, no answer. Got to the place nobody knew anything. Stood outside with taxi for ages, finally someone answered, said they would call back shortly. After waiting with the taxi outside for two hours with no call back we called many times finally another imbibe answered and said even though we had a booking there was no room for us. After waiting for hours had to drive around to look for a place to stay. Absolute pack of ****** who have no regard for travelers. Steer well clear!
