Best family hotel. All staffs from reception, to bell boys to the restaurants are all so welcoming and accommodating. They have this huge kidzone play place for kids and attendants are so caring , attentive and kind. We really enjoyed all the resorts facilities. My son & niece enjoyed the pool , beach and kidzone. U should join their Shangrila membership to get gift like snorkel set use, ice cream or the 2hr pass from kidzone which is really the best of the 3.

It was an excellent 6 days stay. We love the everything in the resort. The staff are excellent and we really had a great time.

There’s just one thing we had in mind, that’s to come back again. We loved every moment of our stay. Food was excellent. Hotel staff were so nice and super welcoming. We loved that there was a tennis court and even more loved that the beach is just few steps

The best hotel in Cebu for families with kids! The breakfast was delicious and had a great variety. The beach was clean, and you could even feed the fish. The service was excellent too. Highly recommend! The most satisfying hotel experience in Cebu!

This hotel is a giant family playground! The kids' pool has slides, and they provide all the sand toys for free on the beach. There are daily kids' activities (coral planting/craft classes), and my child loved it so much they didn't want to leave. The Ocean Wing rooms are spacious, the bedding is comfortable, and the balcony with sea views is incredibly therapeutic. The staff are super patient with children, there's a dedicated kids' section at breakfast, and the private beach is safe and clean. It's also close to the airport, so no hassle, and the whole family was happy!

Breakfast is included, and it's excellent. There are two restaurants, a huge selection of food, and everything is delicious. Even ice cream is included. After breakfast, children are given marbles—a small change, but a nice touch. Lunch and dinner are extra. There are Italian and Cantonese restaurants, as well as various buffets. There are bars on the beach, by the pool, and in the lobby. Live music plays in the evening, creating a great atmosphere. The grounds are vast: golf, mini-golf, tennis, billiards, table tennis, and badminton. Wi-Fi works great throughout the property. The staff is very friendly.
The main drawback is the renovations; they need a refresh. However, the service and infrastructure are still excellent.

The bathroom was just okay, but everything else was perfect. The view was beautiful, and the hotel staff were all very friendly. However, I found the restaurants, apart from the buffet, to be quite mediocre and overpriced. The Chinese restaurant was not good at all, definitely avoid it.
