First of all, the price for a two-room apartment in the 70,000 won range was very good.
It is inevitable that the facilities are old due to the hotel's age.
I thought it was a bit too much and the breakfast was terrible.
We had to go from Cebu to Mindanao, so it was good value for money as we stayed overnight for a while before stopping over.
It was close to the airport, so Grab 6-seater was only 300 pesos.
There was nothing around the hotel, so I went to Tamia and bought water at a 7-Eleven convenience store.
I used to live in Cebu for 9 years, so I rode on the back of a motorcycle guy. You can use it without any problems while stopping by.

nice hotel not far from grand gaisano and airport.
the staff is professional and helpfull. there is a convenience store in the lobby.
the swimming pool is nice except when local families have a party (noise, people in shirts and shorts in the water)...
definitively a place to stay a few days .
