We had a blast! Our kids had fun. We really enjoyed our stay. Will definitely recommend it

Overall, the experience is good, but not great. The resort is beautiful. Though the pools can get really crowded, we still enjoyed our time with the other visitors, who were mostly Koreans. Unfortunately, we didn't get to explore much as we could only stay for one night. The service staff are friendly and very accommodating. You won't find a staff member who isn't smiling or greeting you. However, the big downside is the food. We think it's not really worth the price. We've been to many resorts/ hotels that offer better value than what we actually paid for. We'd definitely recommend JPark to our friends and families, but we probably wouldn't come back again.

This was a nice resort. The service staff were kind and accommodating and let me check in early and upgraded my room when I told them I’m checking out at midnight and won’t even be sleeping over. It was so nice to just enjoy a pool day right before our 2:40 am flight. We had fun, took naps, and didn’t have to go to their airport too early to wait around. The evening buffet was delicious. We wanted to get a massage but the price was too much compared to other places. The beach was great to snorkel and we had a lot of fun looking at the fish. They had a fire show by the pool in the evening. Just a few concerning points: -The water from the shower was warm but didn’t get hot enough to enjoy so we had to take a bath instead which provided a good temperature - They need to update their carpet in the room so it looks more modern. This carpet looks like from the 90s. I know it can’t be that old but it’s got that vibe. -Two slides in the kids’ area were closed and not able to be used -Wave pool was closed I guess I knew this would happen. When you go to these kinds of places, there’s always something that’s closed or broken. -The beach sand is very hard, wear water shoes All in all, it’s a nice resort. Very bustling, full of energy and lovely.

Located near the airport, it's just a 30-minute trip from the hotel. Although our flight is at night, you can conveniently store your luggage at the front desk and continue to enjoy the hotel's facilities. From the beach, you can snorkeling and find nemo. The water activities are fantastic for kids aged 2 to 12, ensuring they have great days here. The breakfast is excellent, and we received a complimentary suite upgrade for four people. It can be a bit crowded since many others are taking advantage of the same amenities, but overall, we had a fantastic day in Cebu.

Great place to spend time with fam

My family and I had an excellent experience at JPark, Cebu. The facility was very clean, and spacious. Our room was awesome. We got the Mactan Suite which was large enough for 2 adults and 3 children 11, 8 and 4. The room was very clean and comfortable. We made use of all the pools, as well as the restaurants. Personally I was worn out every day of our visit from all the activities. The kids loved Jpark!

We had one of our best stays in Cebu. Excellent service and plenty of park emenities for fun activities.

Got a beautiful mactan ocean suite room with perfect view. Kiddos loved it all!! The slides and fireshow etc. Close to airport can easily access with grab taxi.

Have stayed in Jpark multiple times and my reviews will never change it has always been excellent.

Not efficient quality price, very crowded. Best for kids. Facilities are old and not taken care or maintained properly.

It was a very family friendly hotel. The waterpark was nice the kids loved it. The beach was a little rocky so you would need water shoes to walk around especially the kids. But over all the food was delicious the staff was very friendly and accommodating.

Great place for families. Lots of activity options and restaurants. However, there are many areas requiring maintenance, including rusty structures and peeling paint in the pool area. Small TV and other room furniture better to be upgraded considering other comparable hotels. Locationwise, there isn't many places that can beat JPark as there are plenty of shops and restaurants right across street.

Our stay is just okay which is not as we expected. The hotel room is older than it looks in Trip’s photo. I think the hotel is too crowded. We checked in a bit later because the room was not ready. Their usual restaurant for breakfast is always full but they extended it to another restaurant which is ok. Pool bed chairs were always full too. The beach front sands are not fine. Overall it was ok cos staffs were always nice and our little one enjoyed Pororo.

We booked the Cebu Suite, but when we arrived the hotel, they said my room is not available. The hotel said because the agency had late payment and the room is no longer available. Trip.com tried to help me but it took me an hour to settle the problem. Actually I am not satisfied because I contacted Trip.com before my trip to confirm the room again but they said the room is reserved for me. If they checked more carefully would make my trip more smooth. Luckily they helped me to settle the problem. During the stay, the room is a bit old, I want more blankets and towels for my kids but they didn’t provide. The waterpark is good, the breakfast is okay, the staff are nice. My kids enjoy the trip.
