Very nice place with amazing water park.i love the beach with lotssss of fish. Had a great time at night in cabana.food is so good and lots of choices.rooms are clean and staffs are friendly. Life is good here!

Beach is not so nice. No sand. But pool activities are great.

It was fun experience at Jpark . Clean and comfy bed , definitely wanna book again in the future visits.

My children had a fantastic time at this place! They enjoyed the waterpark so much that they spent the entire day there. Pororo Land was also a fun experience, although I felt that the two hours allotted wasn't quite enough and seemed a bit pricey. Nevertheless, we all really enjoyed the various activities my partner and the kids participated in. Overall, it was a memorable day!

Overall, the experience is good, but not great. The resort is beautiful. Though the pools can get really crowded, we still enjoyed our time with the other visitors, who were mostly Koreans. Unfortunately, we didn't get to explore much as we could only stay for one night. The service staff are friendly and very accommodating. You won't find a staff member who isn't smiling or greeting you. However, the big downside is the food. We think it's not really worth the price. We've been to many resorts/ hotels that offer better value than what we actually paid for. We'd definitely recommend JPark to our friends and families, but we probably wouldn't come back again.

We arrived at 1:30 pm at the front desk of the hotel with my American friends. I booked all the hotel rooms, all paid sometime in Oct. ‘24. The front desk told us we had No rooms . I asked why? I dhowed them the confirmation, your e mail to me…all proof. They told me No payment from you was received by the hotel. I said why would that happened? They said they do not know. And told us flatly that they cannot contact you , the responsibility of contacting ang solving our problem is on me. I said, be reasonable. Trip.com  whatever it is , is your partner in this. I cannot be the victim of whatevrr stupidity that happened. I m paid thats all. Its good a young man intervened and helped solve the problem. I was so furious i would like to kick the desk.  Sfter a long stand off, finally it was found out that you did not make any payment to JPark.  A company like yours, which does not pay, and hotel like JPark which i feel only think of their interest , the result is a victim like me, innocent yet delayed for hours in our use of the hotel room we paid for in advance. I almost turned violent because of what you did. My American and filipino friends could not believe what they are witnessing and experiencing. They can observe my frustration and embarrassment. Finally at a few minutes before 4:00 pm , we got our room. I will never deal with Trip. Com again and will not visit JPark again.  This is Dr Alfredo Valera

This was a nice resort. The service staff were kind and accommodating and let me check in early and upgraded my room when I told them I’m checking out at midnight and won’t even be sleeping over. It was so nice to just enjoy a pool day right before our 2:40 am flight. We had fun, took naps, and didn’t have to go to their airport too early to wait around. The evening buffet was delicious. We wanted to get a massage but the price was too much compared to other places. The beach was great to snorkel and we had a lot of fun looking at the fish. They had a fire show by the pool in the evening. Just a few concerning points: -The water from the shower was warm but didn’t get hot enough to enjoy so we had to take a bath instead which provided a good temperature - They need to update their carpet in the room so it looks more modern. This carpet looks like from the 90s. I know it can’t be that old but it’s got that vibe. -Two slides in the kids’ area were closed and not able to be used -Wave pool was closed I guess I knew this would happen. When you go to these kinds of places, there’s always something that’s closed or broken. -The beach sand is very hard, wear water shoes All in all, it’s a nice resort. Very bustling, full of energy and lovely.

Appreciate how friendly and respectful all the staff are. You are greeted whenever you pass by a staff and everyone is helpful. The only downside was not all of their amenities are for free even when you have booked a room to stay. Breakfast was amazing, wide variety & a sumptuous feast was served.

Excellent service, facilities, and location. Buffet breakfast was also great at the new Jpark Tower (12th Floor). Would be good to include free airport shuttles. Thank you.

My family visited JPark after so many years and it didnt disappoint. Along with us are 2 other families and we all had a good time. The only downside is that the water heater in all our 3 rooms didn’t work.

Lost my cell phone somewhere in the resort, and all the staff were so helping in finding it. The house keeping dept. finally found it for me. Many thanks!
