3-Star Hotels in Lapu-Lapu City

Great location with a mall including fantastic supermarket for Filipino souvenirs like unusual Tang flavours etc. Hotel is comfortable though toilet doesn't have a bidet.

It was much better than expected. After booking I read a couple of reviews left here in trip advisor. I had wanted to cancel, but that was not an option. We decided to make the best of it since it was Mother's Day and my birthday. I lived through Odette. Had no MECO service for 3 months. I didn't see any signs of Odette damage. If it was there it wasn't glaring. The pools are well maintained. The beach was fine. The food isn't as bad as others have written though it is a little pricy if you're used to food prices in Cebu. The tourists mostly from Japan won't think the prices are high. I asked a Japanese couple why they had chosen this resort. They told me it was part of a tour package. Japanese love tour packages where everything is selected for them. I know. I lived there for 27 years. There is a cycle for their breakfasts. Ours was on a Monday so it was: Continental Filipino American. Funny thing.. corned beef is in the American breakfast. Oh sorry. No Canadian breakfasts. Haha. The rooms were fine. The ”air con” was strong and so was the hot water in the shower. No problem. OMG! There were a few ants. Hahaha. So what. It's the Philippines. They're everywhere. The staff was courteous and friendly. I wouldn't hesitate to go back. The door latch in room 505 needs to be reversed. It comes right off when you open the door.

It is a new open hotel, so there is no information and I leave a review. Once the rooms and bathrooms are very clean and the staff are very friendly. But the location is 2-4 of the usual rate even if you call a taxi If you don't pay the ship, the call taxi will not come to the hotel. The situation is similar even if the grab is not often done to Cebu City, it would not be a big problem

They seem to have renovated the lobby and their restaurant. Though the place is a bit dated, the rooms are clean. The food is simple and delicious. The staff made our stay better they are very endearing. Its very near the airport, i should say its very convenient.

Liked · Well-located, close to malls, businesses and restaurants. Just about 15-20 minutes to the airport by taxi, maximum. Room was huge and had a safe for valuables. Disliked · Where do I begin? I had to book this property last-minute, after my AirBnB cancelled on me also on the same day of arrival. The free shuttle they advertised came one hour late and only after I called at least 5 times once I arrived (and they picked-up the phone only twice). I arrived late to work remotely because of this. It did not get much better after that, as the restaurant food was WAY overpriced (much more expensive than in the USA or Europe, no less), and so were the snacks offered (if you get hungry, just walk across the street to Robinson's or SM and get something to eat there). The internet kept going down, at some point, 3 times within the same 2 hours (lost much more time of work because of this, and it was just a mess). I stayed here for 3 nights and NOT ONCE was the room cleaned or tidied up. The shower had low water pressure, and the bathroom also had a couple of very tiny cockroaches that came out at night. Will not be staying here again.

Perfect place to stay if you have a flight soon. They provide lots of amenities and even give toothbrushes, toothpaste, which most hotels don’t. Got there a little earlier and they helped me and let me check in as most hotels have strict time policies. Only disappointing thing is that every time you go outside you have to leave your key with the front desk which is extremely annoying. The water in my shower was spraying all sorts of directions and the pressure wasn’t right so it was

I would have given this hotel 5 Stars had it not been for: Taxi 40 minutes late at the airport, in spite of confirmation of time from the hotel; Some food items (including Coca Cola) not being available from the room service menu; and Water dripping from ceiling and soaking floor and bed in heavy thunderstorm. So, in summary: The Good: Very polite and attentive staff at all times; Offer to relocate us to a different room on the second night (we were told we could not move on the first night - when we booked through Expedia they advertised this was the last room available. It was our choice to stay in the same room, as there was no forecast of further storms on the second - and final - night of our stay); Room service fast (typically 15 minutes) with a good selection of nice food and large portions. Food hot as well when it arrived; Good sized room and faciities; Food (and room service) from the adjacent Rabbit Hole restaurant all good; and Staff immediately replaced the bed sheets and made sure no further water impacted on the bed area. The Bad: Taxi late; Some food items not available from the room service menu; and The room service is from the Rabbit Hole restaurant so has to be paid for when it arrives in your room - the cost cannot be added to your bill. The Wet: Unfortunately, on our first night (of two) there was a very heavy thunderstorm and whilst I was watching the lightning I also noticed water dripping through the ceiling, which soaked the floor and bed sheets. This was attended to immediately by the staff, but it undermined the quality of the stay at the hotel. Would we go to the hotel again: Yes, of course, but avoid ROOM 404.

I was looking for a hotel near the airport and near the grocery and restaurants during a recent trip to Cebu. My usual stay had a big price increase and since it was far from the airport, I tried looking for a new hotel. I used to stay at other hotels near Felicity and thought that the prices were a bit steep for hotels without pools. I chanced on them while browsing Google Maps and gave them a call. It's good that they had a vacancy and so I made my way from the client site to the hotel. I was pleasantly surprised with the bright lobby. The single room, though, had a weird layout with the sink just behind the door but not inside the bathroom. Still it was value for money because it had hot and cold water, a cool air conditioner, a refrigerator, a flat screen TV and clean sheets. Since it was just beside the highway, I expected to hear scooters darting across. Well, most of the noise came from fellow guests walking through the corridors after making bar crawls, I guess. Aside from that, the hotel is great value for money. I'm looking forward to staying with them in future trips.

We had an amazing weekend getaway in Palm Beach Resort. Location was ok. It wasnt the best location BUT it has a 711 just across the road and the hotel has a nice store in their lobby that sells snacks, drinks, swimsuits, swimming things, etc on a very reasonable price. We originally booked a standard room but upon checking in, they upgraded us to a deluxe room which i was so grateful for. It was a nice, big room. It has a small balcony, tv with cable, split type aircon, 1 double bed, 1 single bed, 1 sofa, mini fridge, mini kitchen area (no utensils though just sink and electric kettle), and bathroom. The room itself was so nice however, the bathroom could have been thought better. Water pressure isnt that great especially if theres a lot of guests in the hotel. Im just a bit sad they didnt clean our room for the 3 days we stayed. Also, next door resorts might kinda be loud at night or during mornings. The amenities were beautiful. They have 4 swimming pools: a small 2ft pool and 3 good sized pool thats 1x 4ft and 2x 5ft deep. Everywhere you go in their beach area has places to sit on. They have a small restaurant, a mini chapel, a small game room (billiards, foosball, and sungka), and my favorite: kid’s play area with slides and playhouse. Its a small resort but amenities were well thought of. They also have access to the sea. No beach though but stairs going to the sea water only. The staff were nice. Very kind and accomodating. Price per room is super duper worth it!! With how big the room is and amenities you and your kids can enjoy, its really great! As long as you are not that picky, then this resort is good for you. Overall, we had a good time. My kids has a wonderful time. Will we stay here again? Why not. It sure is a nice resort. Very friendly staff which happily go out of their way to assist guests.Modern decor, room was comfortable with A/C, cable T.V and mini bar. There was an issue with the wifi which persisted over 3 nights, presumably connection to the whole premises was down.Great value considering the included buffet breakfast. Swimming pool is not big/deep enough for a proper swim, but nice to cool off on hot days.
