Really nice hotel, with a vintage charm. The staff were all incredibly friendly and helpful. As other reviewers have said, I could hear conversations in the adjoining room. Location was great for the beach and restaurants.

La relación calidad-precio mala. Necesita una reforma en la decoración urgente. Pedir una habitación en la planta baja que me confirmaron y cuando llegué me dijeron que no la tenía disponible y tuve que subir escaleras porque no hay ascensor con dos personas que tienen problemas para subir escaleras. Además el director me contestó de malas formas diciendo que ese tipo de reservas nunca se confirman. Lo único positivo que tiene es la ubicación muy cerca de la playa al lado está y la camarera que fue encantadora en todo momento

Recently stayed in this beautiful town on our Camino adventure. The hotel is somewhat olde world and while some reviews I had read were quite critical of the state of the rooms and indeed the service, that was not our experience. Hotel is located one block back from a magnificent beach which has a 4K promenade. Check in was seamless and receptionist was very friendly. Our room was a decent one, clean/ quiet albeit we could have done with aircon as weather was quite warm. While breakfast was served on site (typical continental breakfast), there was no facility to eat at night ( staff however provided decent recommendations). The town has multiple bars/ restaurants within 5/7 minutes walk of the hotel.

Hotel bien situado, muy proximo a la playa. Buenos jardines donde poder tomar el desayuno o leer, etc.... Acogedor. Pero no te indican en la web que no tiene ascensor y nos tocó la ultima planta ; incomodo por las escaleras a subir. Le falta mucha reforma, habitaciones antiguas, lavabos con bañera; todo un poco rancio. A destacar la amabilidad del personal, tanto en recepción como en el desayuno. Pero es un hotel para repetir.

Me regalaron una estancia de dos días y si tuviera que pagar no volvería. Hotel muy antiguo,habitación y baño muy muy pequeños. La cama también mala el colchón y el somier viejos,hacían mucho ruido. La decoración muy bonita y la cantidad de libros que tiene para poder leer es impresionante y el desayuno normalito pero más que suficiente. Está bien situado,cerca de la playa

What an abomination! Simply put, this place makes fawlty towers look like the peninsula in HK. First no hot water, then no water at all. Bed mattress filthy as if it was collected from the rubbish tip, Springs coming through mattress. Room Filthy, paper thin walls, staff rude and disinterested. Everything about this property was dated, broken, old etc. This is without a doubt the worst hotel I have ever stayed in anywhere in the world. Do not stay here. One more piece of advice, do not stay in this town, it’s a s**t hole

Bien situado para visitar Laredo a pie. Entrada con jardín muy bonita pero incómoda con maletas. Escaleras en los pasillos. Decoración antigua y deteriorada, le hace falta una actualización. En las habilitaciones también. Trato muy atento y amable

No tiene relacion el precio con sus instalaciones .Estan anticuadas y en malas condiciones ,deterioradas.Cortinas de ducha viejas y cortas ,moquetas y cabeceros de cama sucios.Huele a rancio y a humo ,queman pellets ( eso dicen ) huele en todo el hotel..Ventanas rotas.Una estafa.
