Everyone who works at this hotel is very nice, friendly, and helpful. They sent a shuttle to the airport to pick me up, even though I arrived late. There are some nice restaurants nearby, and the hotel offers both a decent breakfast and a social hour with drinks. Rooms are clean and spacious. I would recommend staying here if you're spending a few days in Laredo.

The service and hotel were good. There was a problem with our room. There was a very unpleasant "sewage" smell coming from the shower drain. We only stayed one night so we didn't request a room change.

I have stayed in high ends hotels and let me tell you this by far surpasses any of them they don’t have suits which I am used to but there rooms are roomy clean and inviting. The front desk lady was very nice the cleaning personnel went above and beyond the maintenance person was quick to fix our issue. Highly recommend this hotel we actually stayed 3 days there and i was very pleased. Thank you guys you are all doing awesome
