Excellent hospitality experience, from Airport scuttle pickup to front desk all friendly, helpful and accommodating.
Breakfast is very limited, but understandable by the cost efficient room rate.

Awesome stay at family garden. Great late night check-in service from Esmeralda. The room was renovated and really nice. The garden has a great view with the waterfall, nothing like other stays. The complementary shuttle to the airport is a plus too! The driver Beda is very nice and helpful. Definitely coming back here!

La verdad muy recomendado y cuando vuelva a ir me hospedarnia nuevamente ahí, el desayuno muy buena variedad y muy rico y que hablar del personal muy atento en especial de la recepcionista esmeralda muy atenta y la chófer beda es muy amable y muy simpática

Nice place to stay and many perks for the guests! It's a cozy stay for the family, pool and playground available. The hotel staff are all great and friendly. The complementary shuttle from the airport is great. miss Beda is very welcoming and always on time for our drop off too! Extended my stay for an additional night and Esmeralda at front desk made our extend easy. Really enjoyed the happy hour and the kids enjoyed the pool. It was a great stay and will be coming back!

me encanto el hotel! es mi primera vez quedándome ahi y la bienvenida que me brindo esmeralda fue excelente. el cuarto en el jardín esta muy bonito, nuevo y renovado. el desayuno es muy rico y disfrute de la alberca y el happy hour en la tarde, especialmente con los nachos y la cerveza gratuita! tienen servido de transporte gratis y la señorita beda es muy amable y servicial. definitivamente recomiendo el hotel y regresare a hospedarme aquí!

Excelent service, again MS. Beda Lozano helped me to get to my work place, as always very profesional, and respectful, always smiling and ready to help me, she is a certified driver from the hotel, responsable at all times. And front desk Esmeralda has been very helpful at the time we needed a room
