Excellent hospitality experience, from Airport scuttle pickup to front desk all friendly, helpful and accommodating.
Breakfast is very limited, but understandable by the cost efficient room rate.

The front desk Esmeralda is very nice and she provided all the information I need about the hotel. Rooms are very clean, happy hour is excellent and the shuttle driver Beda she's very nice person. Thank you Family Garden for the hospitality

I want to say that the supervisor Richard is really attentive when it comes to helping out the guest and always bring a positive type of energy to work on the daily basis. Also when it comes to the shuttles, Horacio is always punctual on his pick ups and is respectful at all times. Definitely coming back to stay some nights!!!!

My stay was AMAZING! Esmeralda had thee most BEAUTIFUL soul, she was extremely nice, professional, & HELPFUL!! Beda was LOVELY!! Very informative, helpful, & made me feel like we were family!! I will be back again & I especially look forward to seeing my new Laredo family!!

Great customer service, Esmeralda Lozano, was an awesome receptionist! And Ms. Beda is a very helpful driver. Everyone on the staff is very good and an excellent customer service. The room was very clean and the location is close to the stores. I was very happy with the days at the hotel.

Awesome stay at family garden. Great late night check-in service from Esmeralda. The room was renovated and really nice. The garden has a great view with the waterfall, nothing like other stays. The complementary shuttle to the airport is a plus too! The driver Beda is very nice and helpful. Definitely coming back here!

La verdad muy recomendado y cuando vuelva a ir me hospedarnia nuevamente ahí, el desayuno muy buena variedad y muy rico y que hablar del personal muy atento en especial de la recepcionista esmeralda muy atenta y la chófer beda es muy amable y muy simpática

Nice place to stay and many perks for the guests! It's a cozy stay for the family, pool and playground available. The hotel staff are all great and friendly. The complementary shuttle from the airport is great. miss Beda is very welcoming and always on time for our drop off too! Extended my stay for an additional night and Esmeralda at front desk made our extend easy. Really enjoyed the happy hour and the kids enjoyed the pool. It was a great stay and will be coming back!
