By far the best customer service iv ever had,Jane on reception is AMAZING!! Everyone in the hotel made us feel so welcome & couldn’t do enough for us. Decor,cleanliness & thee comfiest bed ever! Everything was perfect. We will definitely be returning.

Stopped to use the new Tesla Superchargers. Great location and plenty of space. However, went in to get a coffee whilst I waited. Tried charging me £3.50 for an instant coffee with a drop of milk! I questioned this and then charged me £2.00 which is a little steep based on a spoon of instant, water and a drop of milk!

Very comfortable stay. Excellent shower in the room. Hotel was very cosy and I would definitely use this hotel in the future.

Omg, what a rubbish night. Arrived thought the place was lovely .. Abba tribute with 3 course dinner. Told to be there for 6.30 for 7 start. Seated by 7, no food till 8, which wasnt worth the wait, bland yuk.... . When abba finally came on sound system was dreadful.Ears burst. Drinks very expensive First and last visit

Stopped to charge Tesla on long journey from England to Scotland in awful weather, having found the usual chargers at Gretna were closed for refurbishment. App said 15 out of 16 stalls were free - hurrah, as we were down to 7%. One stall was indeed filled by a Tesla charging up. The majority of the others were also full, due to non-electric cars parked up in the hotel car park for the night. Mentioned it in reception while charging, and they said it was because they had an event on. Won’t risk it again, as management of the electric charging points was non-existent, felt lucky to find a free one.

On arrival greeted at reception everything was done then went to room pretty good room housekeeping doing great job then went for Dinner in opal lounge was absolutely amazing staff food and a**osphere was great prices of drinks very reasonable for hotel, had great night sleep then up for Breakfast which was like wow excellent selection and service again brilliant will definitely be back here ps only let down was no pool or spa facilities but still 5/5

The Radstone was fabulous. We’ve stayed previously, but this time we were in a suite and it was such luxury. Great staff who are friendly and attentive and the food was really delicious. We’ll definitely stay again and would highly recommend.

Brilliant day at the ladies day. Great meal and great entertainment. Only issue was drink a bit expensive. Room was for 4 and it was perfect. Breakfast was delicious. Will definitely go back.

excellent , Hotel it one of my favourite hotels I would stay there again I would recommend this hotel to anybody. staff were lovely. We went to tribute and was great but seen some one get pushed off stage by the performer. Food was also excellent plenty to choose from
