Booked a “Senior Suite” which was not meaning an upgrade room but an assessable room. The owner of the hotel was nice to show all the facilities. The room looked clean from appearance but with some bugs and uncleaned areas. Hot water had to be turned on every 2 hours, the whole room was quite dark without enough lights. Location was walkable to major attractions.

This place is lovely! It’s super clean and homely. The bed is really comfortable compared to others around Cyprus. The staff were so friendly and helpful. It’s quiet and perfect walking distance to the main area of Larnaca. I highly recommend it.

Great location, comfortable apartment. Walkable to town or the beach . Handy having the washing machine and dryer too.

Good location: the beach and the centre of Larnaca were only 10 minutes away.
The staff were friendly and helpful and responded positively to our requests.
We liked having a balcony although the view wasn't great.
The main thing we disliked: inadequate cooking facilities. The staff did their best to provide some extra equipment but it still wasn't enough for people who prefer to cook and eat in

Modern yet dated
No one at reception in the morning and waited 2 hrs before someone showed up. It was a Hot summers day but to our surprise there was no AC facility. It wasn’t comfortable as the bed is right next to the window.
