The location is excellent, very close to the sea. The room was spacious enough for a family of three and felt quite new. However, the bathroom had a strong, unpleasant odor. It didn't seem dirty at all, actually looked very clean, but the smell was definitely there… The soundproofing wasn't great; I could hear planes flying by. Everything else was fine.

Everything was excellent, Mackenzie beach right across the road. All amenities, restaurants in walking distance. Room is clean and spacious, our windows were wall to wall with Flamingo hotel which is currently luckily closed. Next time we will book a room with a sea view.

This was our second time staying at Liv and it was wonderful all staff are very friendly and welcoming and nothing is to much trouble
We had a sea view and it was amazing. And just cross the road and your on the beach

Pros
- Location is bang opposed MacKenzie beach
- Clean & spacious 1 bed service apartments around 19mins ride from Larnaka Airport
- Nice on-site restaurant searching healthy food
Cons
- Bedroom AC didn't work
- Power sockets didn't work in the entire apartment, couldn't my phones
- Room telephone didn't work
Receptionist came to rectify all of the above, tired his best to solve but couldn't do it

Great hotel, serviced apartment, great location, friendly staff. Well setup and very thoughtful setup provided. Direct access crossing the street to the sea. Excellent and original breakfast menus as well as nearby restaurants!

The hotel is perfect, comfortable, clean. The only comment would be about the breakfast: it could be better and its location is probably good for the persons on the beach but not for the hotel hosts. The attendants were very nice and helpful.

There was no television set in the room. Had to go to pub to watch football.
Late departure was €30 for 3 hours.
