可能因為參會，房間都滿了，所以價格有點高，3000多一晚，不過除了貴一些沒毛病，服務很好，設施也不錯，景色宜人。哦 對了，早餐不行啊，東西太少，連其他客人説的車釐子都沒看到，衹有非常有限的普通水果。

Apesar de ser um hotel da rede Marriott, deixe as expectativas de lado com relação a conforto e atendimento. Os funcionários são super simpáticos e amáveis, entretanto, o hotel não tem estrutura para receber a quantidade de hóspedes que se propõe. Além disso, as comodidades do quarto, são bem inferiores e desconfortáveis

W Santiago will forever hold special place in my heart. The entire staff at the property was amazing and very considerate. We arrived as a party of 14 and the hotel was more than accommodating. They assisted in coordination of our city tour prior to our arrival. Ensured we could dine as a group no matter the restaurant (with or without reservations). They also went above and beyond to ensure the children in our reservation felt welcomed and special. I cannot say it enough but this W experience reminded me of what the W brand was in 2000-2010's. I was impressed with the level of service and attention. Note: There is some construction/renovations taking place currently and that can cause some minor issues (hot water). That being said, not enough to say not stay. The property is great, the staff is great, the location is great.

We’ve stayed in room 730 - a large corner room with king sized bed and bathtub next to the bed - for 2 nights. Hotel is in a safe business neighborhood. A rooftopbar & swimming pool with a great view towards the Andes as well. Service is friendly and attentive. Free parking is included in the self-parking garage, which we’ve appreciated a lot! Great hotel to stay if you’re visiting Santiago!
