If you are a platinum or higher elite member don’t expect the usual complementary breakfast at this location. This is the first time in 7 years as a platinum member where the hotel didn’t offer complementary breakfasts or vouchers even though there is a restaurant in the hotel accessible to all guests. We will be looking for a different Marriott property when we are passing thru Las Cruses New Mexico next time.

I was surprised that facility was in average to below average state of maintenance and repair. The shower had a broken repaired tile and mold around base of shower enclosure. I paid a premium price for the area and have stayed at other hotels in area for half the price and comparable condition. I have a son that attends the University and will be making more trips to Las Cruces but will not be using Marriott Courtyard.

The property is new and is in very good condition, I like that it is close to my family when I visit. I do not like how small the parking lot is.
