Nice hotel, very clean. No restaurants close by, one across the road but wasn’t open.

Location is very good not quite in the middle of everything, but not too far from anything. Parking is kind of an issue, there aren't too many spaces. Staff is friendly and accommodating. Room was good, and spacious, but felt a little dated. TV had the usual offerings. Fridge was decent. Shower and tub was decent., But again I feel a refresh or update would make this place perfect. Decent value for what you pay, would likely return again, but in severe need of an update.

Very convenient off of and on to I-10, but nice and quiet.
Highly recommend Luna Rossa Winery and Pizzeria right across the street. Good pizza and FABULOUS gelato.

Mostly a good experience. Hotel has some issues, small things like missing a towel hook on the bathroom door. Drawer in bureau sticks. Showing its age. Needs a refresh. Try not to get a room with an even room number. Your room will face a busy road and you might have excess road noise. Hotel located close to Mesilla area and the downtown area (near the university). Breakfast is what one expects for a free breakfast.
