Selena and the manager really helped me problem from noise from my neighbors. The restaurant should have more New Mexico food like chips and salsa instead of really expensive food without children or vegetarian options . The phone didn’t work in my room and my free little water bottles weren’t replenished nor were my shampoo or little free lotions . It’s a beautiful expensive place to stay in las cruces, little upgrades could make it even better .

Playing in a golf tournament at NMSU golf course and decided to stay at this hidden gem. Stopped at the bar and sky blue gave me the best service I’ve literally ever there was just one problem the music was so boring I almost fell asleep in there. Good thing sky was there for good conversation or else I would have left and never came back. Music makes the environment better. Service 10/10 music 0/10

So many great things, hotel is appointed beautifully, however, it is freezing throughout all the halls and the dining areas. It made the pleasant stay very uncomfortable. We loved the exterior, the pool, the hot tub, the outside areas are lash and wonderful, and warm! Food was good in the dining area for dinner, although the room is freezing and banquets need pillows so you can sit up and not be swallowed up in the seat. The breakfast room was cold, dark and food was not good. Play bed in the room was well appointed and felt good, but impossible to control the temperature, it was cold most of the night. It would be nice to have an information sheet. My husband wondered why there weren’t curtains, the large ones.

Great place wonderful environment to take old friends and clients. The drinks were amazing and almost as great as the service! Ms. Sky was such a great host and bartender! I highly recommend spending time here when in town traveling or if you live here any time!
