Muy buena la comida del hotel el buffet Mucha carne tienen que poner de verdad que sí la piscina muy linda la habitación todo bonito limpio la playa tienen que arreglarla porque está fatal el personal del lobby muy genial los camareros son simpáticos la animación excelente lo mejor del hotel en especial Génesis muy buenas todos

Un servicio excelente, Stefano muy pendiente de todo, la comunicación excelente, Darling nos dio un servicio súper especial,siempre amable y rápido con nuestras necesidades, lo mismo La niña de la limpieza. Definitivamente un sitio para aloj****, cerca a la playita, lugar seguro y muy tranquilo, muy limpio. Nos encantó el servicio y el sitio. Gracias Stefano, Darling y Luis.

After the wife did a bunch of research she booked the El Pelicano. We loved it as soon as we arrived. Only 10 apartments and they have everything we needed. At the end of our stay it appeared every room was booked but it was still really quiet day and night. We were the only ones ever at the pool. We didn't even know it had a pool when we booked it. It is located down a road that has another hotel and some really nice looking residential homes on it. Very much a hidden gem. Walking distance to everything. Beaches, bars and restaurants all within 10 or 15 minutes stroll. The only thing we didn't know is that motorcycles are not allowed down the entrance road only cars. But Luis the check in guy directed us to a back entrance using another road and we were able to ride our bike to the apartment and park in front no problem. The next time we stay in Las Galeras we will stay again at El Pelicano for sure. I think it would be perfect for long term stays too because we were sad to leave.

Conjunto de dos edificios con piscina, excelente hospitalidad, buen aire acondicionado, posibilidades de mejora en la limpieza. Opciones de hacer bbq (no lo usamos, pero es bueno saberlo). La piscina tiene un area baja para ninos pequenos.

Los apartamentos son muy agradables y cómodos. La cocina tiene todo lo que puedas necesitar, y se agradece que pongan azúcar y café. Se ven caballos y vacas desde tu propio balcón. El señor procedente de Haiti que cuida los apartamentos es un tipo excelente! Sin duda repetiríamos en los Pelicanos tanto en pareja como en familia.
