We initially planned to stay five nights at El Marinique, but came back for another four. The property is beautifully maintained, and Nicole and her staff are kind and attentive. We stayed in one of the two apar**ents with a spacious balcony with a perfect view of the sea. Breakfasts in the restaurant were delicious. It is set away from the main street, so there is plenty of peace and quiet. The main beach in Las Galeras is a couple of minutes away, and a leisurely 10 minute stroll round the back of the property is the more tranquil Playita. Las Galeras itself is a charming little town. People are friendly, relaxed, and will invite you to dance with them any evening of the week. Highly recommended.

Mi nombre es Sol y con mi amigo Hunter nos quedamos encantados con este lugar. Las habitaciones son cómodas y frescas en la noche. No hay necesidad de A/C en lo absoluto. El desayuno muy rico y completo. La atención de Mari es calida muy cordial, te hace sentir en casa. Nicole nos dio la bienvenida a este hermoso hospedaje. Paloma es una perrita bella y cariñosa. La amamos. Nos vamos enamorados de este lugar. Gracias. Lo recomendamos 100%. My name is Sol and along with my friend Hunter we were delighted with this place. The rooms are comfortable and cool at night. There is no need for A/C at all. Very rich and complete breakfast. Mari's attention is warm, very cordial, she makes you feel at home. Nicole welcomed us to this beautiful lodge. Paloma is a beautiful and affectionate dog. We love her. We fell in love with this place. Thank you. We recommend it 100%.
