Excelente, volvería a repetir sin dudas!! Hotel reformado, con todas las comodidades especial para pasar varios días. Cerca de todo y la zona muy tranquila. Cuando me toque volver a Tenerife volvería a hospedarme aquí sin dudar!! Lo único a mejorar sería que dejen como algún kit para la cocina como aceite, sal, etc

They are renovating everything, the truth is that from the outside, at first glance, it is a bit shocking, the apar**ent where we stayed, did not lack detail, everything new, wardrobes, the bathroom with hairdryer, wall gel and shampoo, magnifying mirror, good lighting etc., furniture, sofa, well-equipped kitchen, toaster, kettle, etc., two flat TVs, the huge seawater pool, I didn't leave without taking a good bath.

I stayed on January 31st and 1st in this property, I had to make a last minute reservation and the manager at reception immediately gave me the room/apar**ent, it was very large and completely renovated, the spacious shower and the very comfortable bed (you sleep really well ). The swimming pool is large and well maintained with deckchairs available. But I have to say special thanks to the reception they are very helpful and helped me solve a problem with an old reservation. Fast and competent. Thank you so much for everything, see you next year!!! Will be

One night emergency stay booked at the last minute, so we arrived in the evening around 9:30 p.m. because a room was available. Yes but with a large dead cockroach in the kitchen sink, sachet of soap open on the sink, door giving access to the balcony broken (does not lock, 1st floor, therefore not reassuring for safety), kitchen hobs rusty or not cleaned (I didn't dare scratch to see). No trash bags in the bathroom trash can. Everything is aging, peeling paint... The elevator is riddled with holes (scary for the children, who asked if they were bullet holes?). The pictures speak for themselves. The people at reception were friendly and booked us a taxi for the next day. The sheets were clean and so was the floor. On the other hand, we had to pay the €86 for the night in cash (no credit card payment), strange for a hotel with so many rooms. Unless this hotel is in fact squatted and we were welcomed in the black? We still asked ourselves the question. Otherwise very quiet, we didn't meet any other customers or hear any noise (we left very early in the morning). Room 349 for info. We did not visit the swimming pool and outside of the hotel, nor eat there. It’s a shame this lack of maintenance because the hotel could be much more pleasant with a good renovation, it was rather scary. I do not recommend… PS: for the manager: do not tell me that it would have been enough to call the reception (as in other comments) to remove the cockroach or change rooms, there is clearly a problem of background…holes in elevator walls and broken locks are urgent repairs.

En primer lugar, me parecen muy injustas las opiniones negativas que recibe el hotel. Se sabe desde el primer momento que es un hotel que tiene sus años y necesita alguna reforma, pero para nosotros lo más importante fuel la amplitud de la habitación y la limpieza de la misma, que fue correcta en las 12 noches que nos alojamos. La piscina la mejor de todos los hoteles, imagino que pocos o ningún hotel de 5 estrellas tendrán una tan grande y de agua salada, la cual vacían y limpian 2 veces por semana exhaustivamente. Con respecto a la comida, dar nuestra enhorabuena al jefe de cocina por hacer magia con el presupuesto tan ajustado que supongo que dispondrá debido a la situación en la que nos encontramos, y que concretamente se encuentra el hotel tras pasar por una mala gestión de las directivas anteriores. Todos los días hay pescado, carne, pasta, arroz, ensaladas, cremas, verduras para que uno pueda combinar y variar, además de innovar con algún plato cada día. Me gustaría saber qué clase de comida come esta gente que tanto se queja, y encima por un precio económico. No se puede exigir al hotel un servicio de 5 estrellas cuando no se están pagando. Me queda pena de no haber podido disfrutar de la animación del hotel, pero ya era sabido que en estos momentos no era posible hacer uso de ella. Por último y por no decir en primer lugar, gracias a todos los empleados por dar todo y estar en varios sitios al mismo tiempo, siempre con buena cara, recibiendo todos los clientes un trato "10", esforzándose todo lo posible por hacer aún más agradable la estancia, con una educación y un saber estar exquisito (incluso con clientes que veíamos que estaban abusando mucho de todo y de todos los servicios). Un abrazo muy especial a Herrera, infatigable trabajador, simpático y excelente persona.
