The hotel was ok.Very nice architecture reminding of Africa. They even have some real baobabs. But there was one issue why we will not return. The light in the evening was so dim, they you could not read the menu in the bar. Same in the rooms. They do not give the guests the opportunity to decide how much light there is in the room. No extra lamps or a dimmer. There is only this African savannah light everywhere. Also light from outside all over the day is dim, due to loggia construction instead of balconies. Difficult to read a book in the evening.

Lo primero, el hotel es fantástico en general. Las instalaciones y el personal son muy buenos y hasta ahora siempre he recomendado ir al hotel. Sin embargo, en esta última ocasión nos hemos ido con muy mal sabor de boca. Fuimos a pasar 3 días al hotel de los cuales dos días la piscina principal (hay varias) estuvo parcialmente cerrada un día y totalmente cerrada otro por un evento privado de una compañía que se organizaba en el hotel. Me parece una vergüenza y un engaño que exista el riesgo de que pagues la tarifa completa del hotel y tu experiencia no sea completa ya que algunas partes del hotel pueden quedar cerradas por eventos privados. La solución del hotel fue darnos un vale de bebidas "de la casa" gratuitas para la cena, que obviamente no compensa de ninguna forma el daño causado. Para nosotros poder tener acceso a esa piscina era una razón de peso a la hora de seleccionar el hotel, y de haber sabido en el momento de hacer la reserva que esa piscina iba a estar cerrada, habríamos buscado otro hotel. Es una pena que con todo el esfuerzo que pone el personal en hacer tu estancia perfecta, la dirección se permita este tipo de actos que hacen que la percepción de la experiencia sea pésima. Recomiendo ir al hotel siempre y cuando no haya eventos privados, si los hay, no iría.

Hotel espectacular, servicio espectacular. Muchas opciones para celíacos tanto en el desayuno como en la comida y cena. Trato muy cercano de todo el personal. Volveremos a pasar nuestras próximas vacaciones. Los paseos de noche son increíbles

We love Lopesan baobab! We visited in April for 1 week and it was beautiful. The weather perfect in April. The hotel itself is stunning with lots of space and lovely pools to swim in. Our favourite was the lazy river. The kids entertainment was fantastic we particularly want to mention Hachim , one of the kids entertainers as he was very warm and friendly and always remembered my son’s name. He made our stay feel extra special and we are grateful for his time and energy. My son loved the kids disco every night. The food was great with lots of choice. Weather perfect in April and lots to see around the hotel. We enjoyed the safari animals. Will definitely be back! :)

My wife and I chose this hotel for a special wedding anniversary because we were impressed with the lazy river and pool along with good customer service. On 2 previous stays. This time the hotel the hotel closed the lazy river down for 3 days for a business event. This is not to mention all the noisealong with all noise in setting it up. Therefore we were unable to use the facilities we had paid for and along with other guests were crammed around the other pool. There was no advance warning when booking or when we arrived. Appalling way to treat paying guests. In addition staff were far less attentive and everything seemed to be an argument. Too many instances to list all. Hot food was also often luke warm or cold Such a shame!!!
