I booked this hotel specifically for the accessibility for my mum, everything was perfect apart from the lip on the door was a little too high for the scooter. Apart from this it was an amazing stay and I'd highly recommend it

Spacious room. Quiet position as requested. The mattress is most probably the best foam mattress l have ever slept on. Staff very helpful. The hotel is in a central position yet off the main road. . Handy for restaurants, the beach and shops.

Son unas personas sin saber estar y muy desagradables. Mis hijos estaban en la piscina y cuando comenté que el mojito no era lo que quería y no atendieron a razones el responsable echó a mis hijos de la piscina sin haber hablado con los progenitores no darnos ninguna explicación a los padres previamente.

Check in was quick & informative our junior suite was big & clean. We stopped near the restaurant away from building work & never heard a thing all week.Breakfast was always plentiful,pool bar & snacks are good.The location of the hotel is excellent close to the main square, all the staff are hard workers & we will be back

We have stayed here on a couple of occasions and are booked to go back in June,we stay in a junior sweet because of the spacious rooms it's a hotel we love the staff are so friendly breakfast is lovely and it's situated next to everything we need we only go bed and breakfast as we like to eat out on a evening

Very modern decoration and spotlessly clean everywhere. Friendly reception team and made to feel very welcome. Only slight blemish is that we didn't find the mattress in the main bedroom particularly stand-out, though to be fair it's absolutely more than adequate. We'll be back!

This is our second visit here this year and once again, thank you, it was excellent! Every single member of staff from Reception, pool bar, restaurant and the amazing housekeeping and grounds staff, are professional, courteous and client centred. It is absolutely spotless and nothing is too much trouble. The only thing we would suggest is to reinstate the English TV channels which where available in February but not now. Although you don't go away for TV, it is nice to have when you return to the room. Well done everyone!!! Jayne and Chris McNally

Currently on a 11 night break. The room is a great size, we’re in one of the junior suites. It’s very clean, area around the accommodation is well maintained. Our booking included breakfast and there’s lots of choice both hot and cold, with omelettes, fried eggs and pancakes made to order. The pools are a lovely temperature. Building work is taking place, you tend to hear more noise in the afternoons but it’s not impacting our stay. Lovely chilled a**osphere.
