For the location and the dated, basic room an no refreshment other than a vending machine, 120 euros for a three bed room seems high. Parking is ok, Secure and Underground. For being what it looks like a business center, the wifi was very bad."bathrooms are ok with very good hot water.

Buen hotel servicio personal correcto , habitaciones muy tranquilas y desayuno bastante completo. El parking esta muy bien. Y para visitar la región buen punto de referencia. La única pega que no tiene nada cerca para tomarte algo el único decente el Heron City.

The room when we checked in was very clean and tidy. However when we asked for extra pillows, they gave us torn pillows without any covers.. and we used them without covers for the rest of the stay- housekeeping did not bother to put covers on the pillow even though they were torn. The tissue box did not get refilled and there was just one tissue box in the room.

They gave us a cold room, we waited for it to warm up for an hour, but in vain, then we realized that the heating system of the room was not working. Even though we went down to the reception and told them there was no other room, we slept in the cold and got sick. The sound of pulling chairs keeps you awake all night and from 08:00 in the morning. Not to mention the breakfast staff who physically intervened by preventing me from taking water in a small water bottle at breakfast and preventing me from taking a single small tangerine with me. The staff is rude and unhelpful. Neither the hotel nor the staff are 4 stars. Regret .
