B&B HOTEL Madrid Pinar de Las Rozas

The experience at the hotel has been VERY bad, to begin with the soundproofing of the rooms is non-existent, so much so that we had to ask to change rooms for the next day since I could even hear the snoring of the guests next door perfectly, but The change was worse because on this second night we listened with fury and signals to what the next room was doing, like a couple in heat, screaming like crazy and unable to sleep (change that cost us an extra €6). In addition, in this second, more “Premium” room, the thermostat was broken and did not heat the room. We called the staff and they came to check it out, but they told us that they couldn't do anything about the noise or the temperature because they were full. And to make matters worse, the outside light was impossible to cover, coming in early in the morning. The only thing I give good marks to is the hotel staff. The rest is zero. Horrible experience that I will not repeat

It is my favorite hotel and I usually get a room there every time I travel to Madrid and have a car.

Everything was ok, the breakfast buffet was good, there was no serrano ham and the juice machine did not have flavored water hehe. But the room itself was great. Cleanliness and temperature

The location is relatively remote. You have to walk nearly a kilometer by subway. It is very inconvenient to go back after dark. It feels unsafe to walk through the dark country park.

Good hotel. Clean, with free parking and close to the train station from which you can walk in 10 minutes. The internet works well and with good speed. The room was not very big, but enough with space for beds and a desk with a comfortable chair to work. The desk has several outlets. The bathroom is spacious and clean, there is plenty of space and the showers have good pressure and temperature.

The hotel is very close to the A6 and well connected to the center of Madrid. It is necessary to bring a vehicle. They have covered parking. The breakfast is very good. Beds too rigid.

We have stayed several times at this hotel, we will repeat, the hotel is very good and the breakfast is ok.
