Very nice reception staff. The AC in the room got quite cold. What I didn't like was the cleanliness of the room (we found a cockroach in the bathtub and a worm in the sink).

I was there for 8 days, I fell ill and I just have very good words for all the staff, starting with the boss Jesús who took me to the hospital, Martha the receptionist, a loving woman from head to toe, did her best, the young receptionist too , both the cleaning ladies. It is a beautiful, cozy and familiar place, you will never feel alone or bad away from your home.
