Hôtel a éviter si vous recherchez un peu de calme... Musique non stop a la plage... Musique à fond a la piscine malgré l'interdiction. Petit déjeuner très moyen. Bref... C'est pas ici les vacances reposantes. Le personnel n'y est pour rien. La direction ne fait aucun effort

I had another lovely stay at Playa Colibri. I was here a month ago, and that’s the reason I came back. It’s a calm place, with lovely plants throughout the property. One of the best parts is the breakfast with SO many choices: eggs, bacon, pancakes, toast, cereal, and more! The beach location is also fabulous- steps from the hotel with excellent water and sand. Very relaxing… The only negative was the mosquitoes in the room, but management quickly responded to my requests for fumigation. Thank you! The staff overall is incredibly helpful and kind.

Il residence è anche bello: appartamenti curati, bella piscina e bel giardino. Però è infestato di zanzare e la cosa peggiore è il servizio ristorante: non cucinerebbero neppure male ma non ha la minima capacità organizzativa: abbiamo aspettato 1,5 ore una grigliata che poi è arrivata fredda perché nel frattempo doveva aspettare che le patate friggessero... Non sempre le bevande vengono portate prima quindi ingannare il tempo dell'attesa diventa veramente lungo. Quanto alla colazione di giorno in giorno diminuisce l'offerta, capisco che il numero di ospiti è sceso negli ultimi giorni ma abbiamo comunque pagato 😕 Il massimo è stato questa sera: causa condizioni meteo alle 18:30 sono venuti a chiederci cosa avremmo voluto per cena dicendo che la cucina avrebbe chiuso alle 19:30 e che ce l'avrebbero servita in camera. Abbiamo ordinato e atteso fino alle 21 invano per scoprire che la cucina era effettivamente chiusa e che si erano dimenticati dell'ordine 😤 Ora stiamo aspettando un delivery 😠

El hotel es excellent para pasar unos dias..la comida es delicious la atencion de cada empleado es excellent.. muy bien ubicado. Apartamentos muy limpios en general es excellent 👏 👌 frente a playa ballenas muy hermosa...me encanto el bar en la playa con bebidas delisiosas

This property is great to stay if you’re a beach lover, literally 10 steps to the sand. Good food around with multiple choices, staff very friendly and helpful. I will definitely recommend this place.

Resort molto accogliente direttamente sulla spiaggia con tutti i comfort sia nell’ appartamento sia nelle zone comuni. Personale della reception gentile attento e disponibile ad aiutare in tutto. I ragazzi del chiringuito sulla spiaggia invece molto meno cordiali. Si vede che lavorano al caldo e sotto al sole. Sono lenti ed hanno poca voglia. Ma tutto sommato una vacanza perfetta.

Amazing experience at Playa Colibri. Everybody was super nice and super helpful, breakfast on the beach - a dream, all the amenities for the beach - great, the bar - super, the pool and the apartment were great, we even got upgraded for the apartment ! We had great holidays !
