The construction site next to the property was extremely noisy and was not safe due to falling debris, I was moved to a better room with less noise. Overall, I enjoyed my stay! The environment was pleasant, and the price was unbeatable... Paulo and his wife were very accommodating. My suggestion is to advise the workers at the construction site to keep the shouting and loud speaking to a minimum

Dirty sofa. Dirty toilets. They should have provided coffee for the coffeemaker. Pool was nice. OK overall.

Nice place bad experience... the house does not have an electric generator the first night we could not sleep because there was no power in the area, it was very hot and to make matters worse the windows could not be opened because of the mosquitoes, the staff (Polo and Nela) tried to help us in what they could and they were very attentive but we really did not have a good time during the night. The TV did not work either and when there is no electricity there is no water in the bathrooms... but being fair area is very good and super close to the beach. The house is nice. Las Terrenas is beautiful its a shame we couldn’t have a better experience since we where celebrating my husbands birthday.

The property was good and clean and the area very nice.
Now comes the crazy part. When you book they say it is self check in and that you will receive instructions on how to check in 48 hours before you arrive. I never got instructions and wrote to the property 30 hours before, 24 hours before 10 hours before and nothing - no reply. I called ******* and they said they had several numbers for the property but nobody was answering so we went there with anxiety prepared to having to look for and book a different place.
Turns out there is a front desk and care takers living on the property so the incompetence of the miss information on ******* and the no response when you write to them made me leary of what else might go wrong but thankfully nothing did..

Enorme habitación duplex, casi como una villa completa y con todo lo necesario para cocinar, tomar, pasar el fin de semana a gusto. Servicio muy amable y siempre atentos a cualquier necesidad. El aire acondicionado, abanicos, aguas, cocina, todo funciona a la perfección y todo muy limpio. La ubicación frente a la playa es preciosa. Debería mejorar la conexión a internet

Lovely apartment, very well taken care of. The star of our stay was Polo, and thanks to him our stay was 5 star. The truth is that without Polo, this condo hotel would be just a regular one.

Jolie petit ensemble de six appartements en duplex avec une piscine à à quelques pas de la plage …..le problème est que sans voiture ou moyen de locomotion c’est très excentre’ du village : 3 km et 40 mn de marche pour le supermarché. Les appartements ne sont pas vraiment bien équipés pour faire la cuisine et vivre comme à la maison . Problèmes d eau , d eau chaude , prises électriques, ventilateurs ,coffre fort inutilisables …il faudrait plus de maintenance … pour finir le prix du séjour débité est supérieur à celui annoncé … à peu près 67 US$ qui correspond à la réduction prévue de 10 % pour une location de plus d une semaine mais qui finalement n est pas appliquée … promesse de remboursement non tenue . Nous étions plusieurs dans ce cas .
