Horrible ! They don’t let u change dates no available dates and when u want to cancel they stolen money from your credit card !! Attention they are spam not good service !! If u booking this place go and pay cash or better looking other hotel ! This people stolen money from your credit card !! Pay attention !!!

Por lo que parece existe una tal señora Marlenis que no sabe con quien deja su negocio. La experiencia fue totalmente pésima . No tanto por el lugar sino por el señor francófono totalmente malhumorado y fuera de lugar en una isla de gente tan agradable . Desmerece mucho la experiencia las formas tan malas . El huésped es digno de un buen trato , del mismo modo que yo he pagado por adelantado sin cuestionar nada. El trato se puede considerar con todas las de la ley como un maltrato al huésped. No lo recomiendo absolutamente en nada .
