Fontainebleau Las Vegas, MICHELIN Key Award Hotel

Service: The service at check-in was fantastic! Not only did they upgrade my room for free, but they also thoughtfully asked if the new room was suitable. The service throughout my stay was great too! Ambiance: The roses in the lobby were absolutely stunning!

Hotels in Las Vegas are generally great, and this one's strong point is the free parking for guests – you can use your room key to get in and out of the parking garage. The downside is there's no complimentary breakfast, but there are plenty of restaurants within the hotel, so you can pick whatever suits your taste.

The room was clean, new, and the service was great. We happened to be there for the 4th of July and got to watch the fireworks!

The room was new and spacious enough. Service was practically non-existent. Housekeeping, even after I gave them a $5 tip, left cleaning spray and a rag directly on the dining table, and slippers on the sofa. The glass exterior walls were incredibly dirty, as if they hadn't been cleaned since the hotel opened. It really impacted taking photos and enjoying the Sphere view.

The hotel is quite new, and the location is decent. The room itself is spacious and very clean, with excellent beds and pillows. The air conditioning is very strong yet surprisingly quiet. The decor is modern, but it lacks the luxurious feel you'd find in older, more established hotels like Wynn. Be careful with the mini-fridge in the room; it starts charging you after just a few seconds. I had to complain to the front desk later to get the charge removed.

As one of the newest hotels to open, the facilities are brand new. It offers incredible views of the Sphere, spacious rooms, large bathrooms, and comfortable bedding. There are over 20 restaurants and a food court, with places like Don's Prime receiving great reviews. The pool facilities are excellent, and there's a top-notch spa as well.

Pretty good! They gave me a high-floor room without any extra charge. The hotel is very new and the room is spacious. Even though the view isn't great, it's a very comfortable stay. All sorts of dining and entertainment options are available, so you don't even need to leave the hotel.
