This hotel was easy to check in to and the staff was friendly and helpful.

The hotel is average, a bit old, and feels slightly better than a motel. Holiday hotels in Las Vegas are indeed more expensive, but barely, and the rooms are indeed quite big.

From this hotel, you can get to the exhibition hall LVCC by hailing a car for about US$10. Since I will be staying for 6 days, I booked a well-equipped apartment-style suite, so that I can drink hot water and even heat food. The overall facilities of this hotel are outdated, and the elevator space is small. It can only open half the door. I don’t know the significance of this design. The noise of the air-conditioning fan in the corridor is terrible. The leather seats in the room have been worn out It is whitish, and the toiletry shelf is falling apart. The deadliest thing about this hotel is that all kinds of noise accompany you through the long night, the planes that fly around the clock, the thrilling sirens, the roaring of the motorcycle’s high throttle, the noise of the old refrigerator and air conditioner exceeds 70 decibels, we had to turn it off The air conditioner and refrigerator are turned off, and tissues are stuffed in the ears to block the noise. We asked Ctrip to change the room, but Ctrip still said that we hadn't really contacted the hotel manager until we checked out.

Rented a room here last minute because we are touring homes in Vegas. I booked a queen size bed but we were given a full size bed, the front desk claimed it was a queen but it sure was not.. couldn't sleep all night due to continuous banging on the floor above us, also a lot of noise from the street. Never staying here again

Staff rude, improper kitchen amenities, lack of service, there was no body wash and shampoo in bathroom. When we informed front desk they didn’t have anyone to come and deliver to our room. Night staff totally unprofessional

I felt there was good value at this hotel. I really enjoyed having a kitchenette in my room, and the bed was quite comfortable. It was nice to have a pool on site, but could’ve used a little bit more upkeep. One other thing that I appreciated was the in-house convenience store that offered, lots of meal options

We had so many key problems. One time was out of battery at our door, then magnetic problem so had to reset the key. However stuff were very. Nice.

Rooms were clean and staff was friendly. The gym had enough equipment and the laundry room came in very handy!
