As a Vegas local, I chose to stay at the Westin for my first staycation because of the non-******, non-smoking element and the central location in the center of the *****. I was not disappointed!!! My check in was easy and I was treated like a VIP. Despite being early, the front desk agent, Daniel, was so accommodating to the point where I felt like I was home. I was able to check my bags at the desk and was notified immediately when my room was ready. When I returned to the hotel, Daniel had just finished his shift but saw me. He took me to Troy, another desk agent, to check-in. Troy made sure my check-in was quick and easy and Daniel, despite having just finished his shift, made sure I got my bags and successfully checked-in. The professionalism, care, and attention to detail of these desk agents was above and beyond any expectation - 5+ stars! The room was beyond my expectations. The room was clean, stylish, and above the 4-star expectation. The heavenly bed and shower are not to be missed! A minor issue with the TV was solved promptly and efficiently by the on-call engineer Christian — much faster than most hotels I have visited around the world. Lastly, I had breakfast both mornings I was there. The hostess was fantastic - pleasant, professional, and prompt. I was quickly waited on and the coffee I ordered arrived quickly. Of note is the local support the Westin gives the Las Vegas community - serving locally roasted coffee from a popular local coffee shop. The vegetable omelet and prosciutto, asparagus, and eggs were both served quickly and delicious. I highly recommend taking the time to get breakfast at the hotel restaurant. You will not be disappointed. Without hesitation, I will definitely stay at Westin in the future and will recommend it to everyone who comes to visit Vegas. This is a hotel not to be missed!!! Bravo!!!
