Westgate Flamingo Bay Resort

I like the resort overall, stay there for EDC weekend, the room is cute and, clean, staff is nice, first time staying off the *****, but not too far, only 10 mins to the *****, definitely be back with family.

The s revive was awesome. They have shuttle that you took to the *****, just remember to sign up. I love that my unit has washer and dryer. All amenities provided within the unit, very convenient. I would definitely book again when I come back to Vegas with big family.

Staff at the front desk was positive and helpful. Room was very clean and organized. Only downside was the walls are pretty thin - I could hear my neighbors clearly.

One of our best vacations The place was really great. Wonderful people, though there was a bit of a confusion in the booking but overall the staff are helpful and kind! Specially Marjorie from front desk, Maria and John the spervisor. They provide free shuttle service to and from downtown Las Vegas. Rooms were clean and big. The villas that we stayed in were perfect for my family. We will definitely stay again in Westgate Flamingo Bay Resort.

Was a very pretty property to walk around. Rooms were very nice for the price.

Registration people were not the friendliest, not bad, but could’ve provided a warmer reception, rather than a matter of fact one. When you turned the TV on in the master bedroom, the volume immediately started off at maximum, caused the whole building to vibrate; engineering person who tried to fix it couldn’t, he said a lot of them in the complex are like that. The remote was very complicated to operate; had to select TV then the on switch, after bringing volume down from 100 to about 15 (a full 30 second maneuver), you then had to select cable to get to the stations, but finding & selecting a station in the guide program was not easy, very cumbersome. So we chose not to watch that TV at all. The toilet paper holder was broken, kept falling off the holder, but the handyman was able to fix that. We spilled some water on the floor, wiped it up with paper towels; the paper towels were black with dirt.😖 The flooring was a dark color, so looked clean, but it was anything but clean. Overall appearance, furnishings, grounds, appearance was very nice; has a fairly upscale flavor to it. The price was very attractive, so overall a very good value. A comfortable one bedroom condo unit with full kitchen (lots of space) for a lower price than a hotel room on the *****, but a 10-15 minute drive to the *****. But they do have a shuttle bus to Westgate ****** on the *****. 5-star comfort, 4-star looks, 3-star service & cleanliness = 3.5-stars overall.

I was tired of traveling for business and the two wonderful ladies in the front office Maria and Ruby were so professional and helpful. I normally dont review hotels, however this was genuine exceptional service! It made all my exhaustion just desipate and I had a wonderful evening! They, showed me a map of my room location, where I can park my vehicle, gave me brochures of dining in the area, the wifi code and all the pointers of the swimming pool. Swimming pool open till 11pm, thats awesome! Normally pools close very early. I recommend to all who just dont want to worry of searching further online for the 5 star reviews and just get a place that fits all your needs!
