The canopy of the hotel is blocking the window. For a suite having no view was a letdown. For the amount of $2,456.95, it was disappointing. We asked the front desk if we transfer we were told to check back the next morning -we decided not to inquire anymore since we were told it was more than likely they wouldn't have a room for us.
I've notice if the hotel will know it's a 3rd party they will give you the worse room they have.

Great hospitality. Tasty breakfast. Needs a little upkeep, but nothing that ruined our stay (broken safe and malfunctioning heater/ac). The pool and hot tub are open late. We enjoyed the place!

They over charged me 250$ without my permission for cleaning fee and when i called them they told me that we were smoking in a room which we don’t and then i told that lady that we didn’t smoking then she don’t have any answer and she keep on telling me that to call back in morning I always use holiday inn for my stays but this time they disappoint me so much

We had a very pleasant stay. Close to the Las Vegas ***** and airport. Clean rooms and nice staff. We took advantage of the Greener Stay offer. This means we just got fresh towels but no room cleaning and received IHG points in return. That’s a win-win.
