At three o'clock in the morning, someone opened the door and came in for 20 minutes. I was not scared to death! The next day, I went to the hotel to confirm the incident and asked the security guard to call me back and tell me that there were no cameras and there was no way to check!
Already a Marriott member, it took me two hours to reply and I could only check out one hour late.
Check the bill and there is an overcharge of $200 for breakfast.
The cleaning was sloppy and I just ignored them when I asked for paper towels and towels.
