It took nearly two hours for the Trip.com booking to arrive in the Orleans system, so I had to sit and wait for two hours before I got into my room.
The room was fine, except that the cold water tap in the bathroom sink was broken and didn’t work. The hotel did refund my resort fee for the inconvenience.

Overall the hotel was great! Room was a bit run down but generally clean and comfortable! We enjoyed fuddruckers salad!

Love staying here Evangeline at front desk was extremely helpful and nice thank you ! Room cleaning service was unprofessional and had attitude for no reason otherwise my stay was enjoyable thank you

We asked for a pool view room and they accommodated us so that was very nice the room was nice and clean room service was very good overall experience was very good

I enjoyed my stay with my wife and daughter. Our rooms were next to each other as requested. The staff was friendly and helpful. Enjoyed to food a Friday's and the grab and go breakfast.
