Bluegreen Vacations Club 36

The location and rooms are very nice but they had a bad roach problem. When I alerted the staff and asked for a refund they told me I would have to call RCI for that upon calling them every hotel on their list was booked and I wasnt able to get another room or refund. So I had to sleep very uncomfortable and keep a watch out.

It's okay. Clean and reasonably comfortable. I felt safe. We were in a standard 1-bedroom suite. Rooms were small but adequate. Furnishings, bathroom, and kitchen were a bit dated, but functional. Nothing fancy. We weren't here because of the *****, but it's close by and apparently there's a shuttle. The Bluegreen folks were a little pushy, but eventually backed off.

My spouse and I visited Bluegreen Club 36 for a relaxation trip, and we were pleased with the unit. The resort was inviting, and the unit was spacious and comfortable. I plan to stay the resort again in the future as we enjoyed it so much! If you plan to go out clubbing, the report is close to the Fruitloop.

This resort is great clean really good location to get to the ***** but not fighting traffic and to hit freeways. The only indoor pool is great cause it does get windy in vegas i would stay here again big thumbs up.

Parking is a major problem for disabled individuals. They have very limited parking for handicap parking. But they have about 4 normal parking area next to the entrance of the resort for motorcycles only. Since I stayed here not one motorcycle even showed up. This space should have been madero accommodate individuals with disabilities. I brought this situation up to the employees at the front desk and the advised me there is handicap parking about a football field away from the front entrance. I told the guy I have mobility problems why would I park further away from the front entrance. They had a huge area blocked off due to construction. I have been here a full week and not once have I seen anyone come to work on that parking area. Also one major amenities that I needed was shut down that was the hot tub as I have major back pain. And to add seeing Police activity day a night out you window is constant problem also

Pros: -We had 2 rooms for a family of 5 -Excellent beds and super comfy -Beautiful large shower and bathrooms -Shuttle and close access to Las Vegas ***** -Check-in was friendly -Parking was great and large -Super close to the airport -Great small kitchen Overall - excellent

Great place to stay one block behind the MGM. You can watch the airplanes coming in but it is not noisy. The inside pool and hot tub are great for this time of year and the roof top balcony access from the pool is huge if you want to catch some sun!

Overall, this is a good resort. We had a newly remodeled B side unit facing the *****. Most of the time, we did not know we were next to the airport. Shuttle to Planet Hollywood is very convenient. Despite what it says on the RCI website, it is dropoff and pick-up at Planet Hollywood. Gym is very well equipped. Indoor pool is decent size. The staff is friendly and always followed up with a phone call when a request was made. Zero timeshare presentation pressure. Not interested was quickly accepted. There were some cons: 1) Lobby signage needs updating making it clearer where to check-in if you are an owner (behind VIP Desk) or an exchange (Guest Services Desk). Even desk personnel agreed. 2) Safe did not lock. Did not want to wait for maintenance. Put Do Not Disturb sign on door. Upon return, we found a newly installed makeup mirror in the bathroom. Front Desk verified that no one is to enter if the sign is displayed. Did get safe issue addressed. 3) Washer interior was very dirty and had to be manually cleaned before putting in clothes. Then washer would not work. 4) 1 of 2 elevators was out of service our entire visit. Many times the elevator was full and had to wait for its return. 5) Water pressure (especially shower) was very low in the morning. 6) Dishwasher soap has to be broken up into chunks then fit into the too small receptacle.

I am not sure how this place is rated a gold crown... First room had let hair, trash and water "stains" on floor in front of toilet... I am allergic bto pet dander and dust so I asked for a second room... Someone else's hair on furniture and room not dusted above line of sight in quite a while. Very surface level cleaning. I would not stay here again and would not even recommend it as a silver star. Also, walls are paper thin... Be prepared to hear others conversations.
