The staff goes above and beyond to make sure you are happy when staying at the Skylofts. The room is lovely. The steam shower is amazing. The Bulgari shampoo and conditioner smells heavenly. There are wonderful treats waiting for you every night when you return.

Highly recommend skylofts the room and service was 2nd to none. We had more than enough room for our family of 5. MGM definitely rolled out exceptional service from checkin. Their staff was very helpful and courteous.

The Skylofts was one of the best hotel experiences my family and I have ever had. The two story loft was perfect for my party of five. The Butler service was the best of the best. Our butler, Jojo C., could not have been any more attentive or caring. His drink mixing skills were fantastic. We took our son for his 21st birthday to the lofts, and Jojo made sure to make it a special day for him with balloons and decorations and special treats. We tried to hire Jojo to come home with us!! Definitely request Jojo as your butler, you will not be disappointed.

Exceptional rooms and service make the SkyLoft experience one of the best stays in Las Vegas. Giant, spacious rooms letting in natural sunlight and a variety of tech features is even better when you consider the 24 hour service provided by the Butler’s and Concierges. Small quality of life things could be improved, like, the universal remotes and electronics for each room. That said, those things are minor considering how comfortable and fun the stay is. I would highly recommend if you can afford to stay here, you will realize your investment and more.

I never leave reviews; however, this experience merits one. This is not the Skyloft Suites I am accustomed to. I’d never stay here again. We had the maintenance crew in our room five times over a three-day period. This was absolutely unacceptable for the price that i pay for the skyloft rooms.

MGM Skylofts are the best in Vegas! We had 6 total staying in the 2 bedroom Skyloft and everyone was just amazed. We all had breakfast at the Mansions and you won't find better anywhere. The staff at the Lofts and the Mansions are the greatest at what they do. My only concern is that no one will ever what to stay anywhere else....EVER. The are so spoiled now. Thank you all at the Lofts!

The SkyLofts at MGM Grand is the best rooms MGM offers. Expect great service and attention to detail in every thing they do and offer. The rooms are getting dated but they are planning on a total remodel starting in the summer of 2024.
