Far away from center, elevetor doesn’t work carry luggages 3 rd floor, no pillows in the room, also bo soup.

Property advertises breakfast and they do not. Its a continental breakfast, plus the room was dirty and had roaches. The receptionist was rude AF

The experience was horrible the hotel was roach infested. It needs to be fumigated. It is a big inconvenience having to request items to cook with. upon arriving, they provided his room that was already occupied. Thankfully management came up and resolved that issue, placed us in a different room, and brought our keys at a later time.

Not recommended. Insects and bugs in our room, dirty bathtub and toilets, disgusting stairwells and carpets, understaffed and overwhelmed employees. Reminded me of those scary hotels from the movies. Book at your own risk.
The positive? The nighttime security guards were very nice.

Only good thing was the hotel staff, they were friendly and accommodating. The room was set up horrible, door couldn’t close because a dresser blocks it, AC in room was broken and shower has black mold! Super dangerous. Area around the hotel is sketchy too. Wouldn’t come back.

I stayed with my 5 kids over night - it was perfect for our needs, although some of us didn’t find the bathroom comfortable enough to shower in. It was dark and dingy in there.

The receptionist Peace treated us very rudely, bad customer service, I felt discriminated against, she canceled my stay at the hotel without notifying me, we had to sleep in the car with children since they gave us no solution, I feel very discriminated against, verbally abused, no I didn't like it at all

Property was in bad shape and felt unsafe. Homeless walking in front. Locked ourselves in the room before dark. But the worst part of the property was the condition of the room. Mold on the ceiling and dirt in the bathtub.
