We saw one price online that was unavailable and when we asked about it were treated like we should know if was only for AAA members? My main issue is that there was a door connecting our room with the next one over. Not a big deal by itself but there was a gap under the door that was at least 2 inches tall! We could hear every TV show and video the people staying in that room played. We figured we were tired enough to block it out which we did until 5 AM when they played videos at full volume. I blame the hotel for knowing the door and gap were there and deciding to put a refrigerator in front of it instead of trying to block the gap with ANYTHING! I would not stay here again if they paid me and recommend others not to either!

Went for a conference in Las Vegas, NM. All hotel rooms were booked throughout the county. This was the only hotel with availability. Rooms were not cleaned. Had to go buy raid, Lysol, etc. to clean room. I would have rather stayed in Santa Fe.

The room had a stale odor. Floors gritty with dirt; bathroom fan loud, black bugs came out of; baseboards were falling apart and dirty. No breakfast only old stale donuts. The coffee was weak and terrible. No coffee taste detectable. Dining area was dingy and dirty. Lobby floor dirty and gritty. Not a pleasant stay at all. Building needs to be knocked down and rebuilt.

This Motel might not look the greatest from the outside ,but neither do most of the Motels in Las Vegas NM! Inside it was redone in pretty modern fixtures, with pretty good WiFi. Bed was good and there was a Restaurant on site. The front desk was very helpful and gave me free chips. My only gripe was there is really no place to relieve pets! Ask for room on the single level.

Overall it was a nice trip I’m more than likely to stay there again the only thing There was no ice in dispenser , everything else was on point the lady at counter was really nice and helpful Thank you
