The hotel staff are very friendly...you can ask for mineral water at the counter.
Free self-service laundry, and daily parking fee is $12.
The swimming pool is shared by the two hotels and has a heated spa.

This is my second time staying here and parking is safe, hotel is close to the MGM (walking and Uber convenience). The hotel is clean, spacious, cute small kitchen set up with all cooking utensils. Tall refrigerator space to keep your drinks and food cold. Staff is friendly and nice. Airport is close by and you cannot hear any airplane noise .
Best experience here. Definitely will reserve here again .

Standard medium level hotel close to the *****. Clean and had all the essentials. Very close to airport runways so can be loud. If you just need a basic room, this place will do. No charm but does the job.

This hotel is practically a parking trap. They would tow your car even if the front desk tells you the parking is free for club members. You need to get a parking path ASAP and then take pictures that you have a parking path in case your car is towed. I have never seen anything like that at any other Holiday Inn hotel or any other hotel brand, for that matter. This may be a Las Vegas thing to take advantage of tourists, but if you want to avoid ruining your day and paying $300 for towing, stay away from this place - there are plenty of other choices in Las Vegas.
