Price performance is good, there is no in-room service (not even water) this is a bad situation,
There are no toiletries in the bathroom other than towels and shampoo.
It's bad that there is no breakfast (there is not even a choice) they direct the breakfast to a restaurant in ******.
But the location, the rooms are spacious, the view is beautiful, the quality and cleanliness are very good, it can be preferred.

The location of the hotel is convenient. You can reach ** Avenue as soon as you exit the street. The facilities are good, the gym room and swimming pool are very good. It is cleaned every day, clean, soundproofed and not noisy.

The experience we have on our 2 night stay is not entirely positive.
First we were asked to pay an extra $35 per night for 'an upgrade' which is more than anything else an expedite fee to be able to check in around noon time instead of waiting till don't know when.
There is no free drinkable water in the room nor available when contacted housekeeping. Electric kettle for boiling hot water is not available either.
Then somebody knocked our door asking if we want cleaning around 8 in the morning.
I may have hesitation if someone ask me if I would recommend staying in this hotel.
