My daughters dance team stayed at this hotel for a competition. This hotel fit all of our needs, from the delicious breakfast each morning to the Warm in courteous staff. The room is lovely. The pool is heated!!!!! The location is great!!!! About 15 minutes from the ***** and there is a nearby grocery store, a mall, and anything you need is within a 5-10 minute walk. One of the best parts of my visit was Devon! Devon works at the front desk and as soon as I entered the lobby, I was greeted with a warm welcome. Devon was so nice and professional. Any question I had, Devon was able to answer and he was so helpful for my visit. What a gem! If I ever visit Vegas again. I will definitely stay here!!!!

The overall condition of the hotel was fine, however before our stay we were led to believe that it was much closer and convenient to the airport, when actually it was quite far away. So getting there was quite a hassle, no help or shuttle was provided and it finally took a long wait and expensive Uber rides to get there and back. So any hotel that advertises as an airport hotel should actually be either connected to or convenient to the airport, and this was not, we felt like we had been misled and would not have chosen that hotel location if we had known the facts in advance.

If it wasn’t past midnight when we arrived, we may have left in search of a different place to stay. The woman at the front desk was very friendly when we checked in, and the first and second room changes. Unfortunately, all three rooms were not satisfactory. The first room appeared clean but water gushed out from under the sink when I turned on the faucet. Not a small leak, but sprayed out. Nothing you can ignore if you clean the room/sink. Second room was not cleaned at all. All of the lights were on and the room was like a sauna. Towels were all over the bathroom and both beds were messy. The third room we were in looked like it was cleaned - but we have our doubts. The tub floor was slippery, not clean. And as I was brushing, I noticed the corners or the bathroom floor being a darker color. Upon a closer look, I realized it wasn’t clean, and the gray streaks were dirt streaks left from mopping. It wiped up with a wet towel… We were tired from our flight, it was past midnight, and we were on our third room. So we “slept” cared on top of the sheets, uncertain it was changed. The one star is for the friendly service and great breakfast. But I wouldn’t want to stay there again.
