Circus Circus Hotel, Casino & Theme Park

The hotel facilities are a bit dated. It's a fully self-check-in system, and there's no microwave or similar amenities in the room. I found a pair of socks under the bed, likely left by the previous guest, so the cleanliness wasn't thoroughly up to par. Other than that, it was okay.

The room is quite spacious, but they don't provide bottled water. I stayed for 8 days and the room was only cleaned once. Its proximity to the exhibition center is its only advantage. I wouldn't recommend it for a vacation. Also, there's no front desk, only a self-check-in machine, so if you're not good with English, you might want to skip this one.

We booked this hotel because it was the meeting point for our two-day tour, thinking it would be convenient for an early start. I'd seen bad reviews, but I never expected it to be this terrible. **Facilities:** The room was freezing. The air conditioning only blew cold air, and the blanket was incredibly thin. I barely slept all night, and my existing discomfort worsened the next day. **Environment:** You can't enter the hotel for check-in from the main gate on the street. You have to walk to the back, which takes about seven or eight minutes, and the directions are very unclear. My partner and I, along with another couple trying to check in, wandered around for a long time before we finally found it. **Service:** Check-in was done quickly via a self-service machine, but finding the actual room afterward was incredibly difficult. The main building has four different hotel entrances, and the entrances for different floors vary. We walked back and forth and asked for directions multiple times before we finally located our room. For some reason, our room door wouldn't open, so we had to go back and forth to the front desk several more times before a staff member finally came to help us open it. It took over an hour from completing check-in to actually getting into our room – it was absolutely maddening. I had planned to grab a quick bite downstairs, but after all that, I completely lost the mood.

We chose this hotel for our family trip because it offered good value for money. The hotel has plenty of entertainment facilities, and the location is also quite good. Overall, it's a decent place. The biggest takeaway, though, is that everything is self-service. Check-in is self-service, and check-out is self-service. It really tests your English skills, which was actually great practice for the kids!
