The location is fine and easy to move around. Can easily get fast food within the hotel.
Cleanliness is so so as you need to request room service as they don't clean the room every day.
They only provide very basic need.

The hotel is terrible. First, the check-in queue time is nearly an hour. The room assigned is about 6-7 minutes walk from the main desk. It is not in the main building. You have to drag your suitcase across the public road to get to your room. There is a smell of cheap perfume in the corridor. The room facilities are too old and there is no water. It is too bad. I will not choose it again. In addition, there seem to be a lot of people from the Americas.

The hotel is on the edge of the *****, a little far from the main hotels, but the bus stops right in front of the hotel, so it's not too inconvenient. Check-in took a while, probably because there were a lot of guests. The room was clean and there were no problems, but because it's an old building, you can hear the voices and sounds from next door quite a bit.

When I arrived to our room I noticed a towel hanging over the shower curtain dripping wet . Had to ask numerous of times to have the use towels removed . It took the whole day before housekeeping to come clean the bathroom . The second day I requested housekeeping to clean the room left for hours came back to my room still not clean. Then was told we don’t clean the rooms daily . I had to request new towels each day and the amount of people I talk about housekeeping is ridiculous. I finally just gave up and clean the room myself .
