Desert moon motel told me there a 50$ deposit for non smoking room, which I don’t smoke cause I have stage 4 kidney disease and the manager told me that my room smell like smoke or **** , which I was targeted for the deposit which I lost cause of false accusations, beware of this motel or you might be the next one that lose your deposit

Arranged for a late check-in (9:30pm). Got there right in time… no one would answer the phone. I knocked so loud, the people across the street looked over, but the voices behind the door didn’t answer. Sent an email as well… finally got a response an hour later. Was told the doorbell was broken. I was already on my way to another place by then.

Great inexpensive place to stay in an expensive town. Room was clean & owners were friendly.

The staff are warm and welcoming, the room was clean and had had been partly refurbished - including a nice TV.. However the underlying quality of accommodation is poor and I was left with a sense of insecurity. Every Uber driver warned me about the area, the door was flimsy, no safe for valuables. The room was ok as a basic bedroom (I was just after a bed to sleep in) but the images on the web present a falsely positive view. The quality of the underlying building, furnishings and facilities was poor - curtains didn’t cover the window properly, there were no coffee facilities, the door had a gap in it… and whilst it was cheaper than being in the city centre you need to factor in $40+ each way for an Uber

My tv. Had no volume I could not hear it at all. There is no where to walk dog. But all in all it is a nice place. The woman that works in the office could not be nicer. It was a pleasure dealing with her.

The trea**ent of a motel worker was horrible, unpleasant and even disrespectful. I wouldn't go back there for that reason.
