The pluses: the price and proximity to Frémont.

It was a difficult place to visit. It's located downtown. However, if you use the bus, you can sightsee without any problems.
The room was large, but the facilities were terrible. It was old and rattled every time someone passed by, and at night it made strange noises like someone opening the door, which was scary.

The motel is a super trendy one!!! I like it a lot! The ground floor has spacious patio for u to sit and relax. There is also a bar where u can order drinks. The motel has around 2-3 levels (can’t Rmb as I didn’t count actually). My room located on the 1st floor with a big window facing the ground floor’s patio area. The room is big from my point of view and also the toilet. The motel provide all the amenities except toothbrush set so u have to bring ur own. The beds are reli comfy and I felt safe at night within and outside of the motel. Around 5 min walking to the downtown Vegas area . I couldn’t hear any music or party sound from my room. There is NO elevator in this motel so get urself prepare to walk around 15 steps to each floor .

I only stayed for one night, although I thought I could sleep, but I didn’t sleep all night
Poor sanitation, smelly room, damp and noisy
mattress musty smell
