The room basically had nothing.
The towels were extremely dirty, and since it was a 4-person room,
2 of the 4 bath towels were barely usable,
so we took turns using 2 towels for 3 nights.
I didn't ask them to clean or replace them because I thought it would be the same even if they cleaned them anyway.
There was no water, so you had to buy it unless you told the front desk.
When I left my card in the room, they issued a new one right away, which was helpful.
On the day I checked out, my card key stopped working even though I hadn't checked out yet, so I had to go back to the front desk from my room, which was far away, and the unfriendly staff made me wait in line to check in. It was really stressful even though check-out time was approaching.
I never want to stay here again.

The location is perfect and the hotel is very well maintained. There is good atmosphere. The room was perfect but there was a noise that I think was the monorail.
