My order was clearly for two rooms with two beds. He only gave me one room at first. Later, after I reminded him that it was two rooms, he gave me two large beds. When I went to find him, his attitude was very bad. He said that he didn't have it. Fortunately, Ctrip was very helpful and communicated with me directly. The room was changed the next day. The attitude was very good. A beautiful girl at the front desk was very good and helped me very quickly. I was very happy.
