房間有異味。床單被套睡覺全身癢不舒服，半夜噪音很大是我住過的最差酒店。提前離店扣了一晚的房費。退房時保温杯，一瓶新的洗髮水丟在房間裏。之後致電詢問説沒有了。這種服務實在是太差了吧！

My stay was just okay. I called the front desk twice and the phone rang off the hook. When someone answered the phone it hung up. The bathtub creaked as if there was a crack in the center. It felt very unsafe. However, the bed was comfortable. I feel the price I paid for the room was overpriced.

I was there one night and it was nice...clean room, pleasant staff. Would have liked breakfast choices to include plain full fat yogurt, regular whole milk, and salsa for eggs is all.

Almost everything in the hotel showed a lack of ongoing maintenance. This was apparent from the paint chips, stains, chipped paneling, worn carpeting, missing caulk, etc. down to the uneven padding in the ironing board. Fortunately, there didn't seem to be anything dangerous or hazardous but it does make one wonder based on what could be seen. The saving grace was the staff who were very nice and accomodating.
