Stayed in Luxor for 3 nights. My daughter and I accidentally left out Expensive handbags in the hotel room. After contacting the security, they advised that nothing had been turned in and there was nothing they could do to assist.. if we weren’t happy to contact the police!! Really!! I asked if the cleaners could be contacted or what the process was, they were extremely unhelpful and just dismissed the whole situation.. poor customer service to say the least..
If you want poor customer service, stay at the Luxor..
as well as this the only reason why we stayed at the Luxor was for the kids to go to PLAY once we got there they told me it was changed to ‘adults only’ event and the kids couldn’t attend anymore. Also if you park in the self parking be prepared to smell ******** throughout the walkway! Also smoking throughout the the entire facility.. wouldn’t be staying here again..
