The hotel's hygiene is very recognized, and the hotel's facilities are also very good. The only drawback is that there is no hot water for showering in the morning. I called the hotel front desk, but no one answered.

Unfortunately I could not stay in my room because of the cleaning supplies that were used were overly strong and the smell was something I could not handle. I was able to check out and the staff was very understanding - I have not seen yet that the charges were actually reversed yet on ******* for my booking. I have contacted customer service.

the room i got was still dirty and nobody was even answering the phone to address my problem . i had to take wipes and wipe the stuff down . this is a HORRIBLE stay for me
