Red Roof Inn Las Vegas

Well, I was worried about staying here as I knew it was budget place but near the airport and it was my last night. You see I had only paid £15.83 all-in (about $19) and it was *New Year's Eve* and I booked it about a year in advance. Needn't have worried, the place is super convenient for 7/11 & CVS and takeout joints, but as a gambler also just over the road from Virgin and super close to Silver Sevens and Tuscany Suites. Also not far from Ellis Island and the ***** itself is only a 15-25 minute walk to Central ***** dependant on your agility and pace I guess. The check-in was early, about 1PM, no issues, no fees, straight in room and unpacked after great service from Tommy on the front desk. Looks like free water and coffee in reception. Free Wi-Fi throughout. Okay, the price I paid was miraculous so any room would have done. I worry as I have chronic anxiety, but it was just a gentle traffic hum and I got 302 right on the road, the very nearest to it. But I loved it and would take again, I only really remember hearing one plane and had no issues sleeping. The room was old but brilliant and had everything I needed and more. I think I ate at Tommy's somewhere around here and that is not a wise choice. A separate bath/shower, walk-in wardrobe with ironing station, hanging and storage with classic light bulb station above a sink and area for drying hair, shaving, make-up etc. Cheap vending machines, a relief from the ***** and its ways. King bed, functioning TV and air con unit, hob, microwave, fridge and coffee maker. Even a room service menu and phone. It was a very pleasant stay and will be back in a heartbeat if the chance arises again.

Fine hotel, nothing fancy, but nice rooms inside. The staff was pleasant enough. The room was clean - definitely nicer than expected after looking at the outside. The area, including the hotel property, is definitely run-down. Not the best looking outside and a little scary at times. All outside doors and spread out property. Nice fridge, sink, hot plate and microwave in the room. Big bathrooms. The pool looked nice but small. You get what you pay for - a decent budget option.

Older motel, not as pretty as the pictures would lead you to believe. The furniture has occasional dings and scratches from a long life in a motel room. HOWEVER, this is a gem. The bed is new and comfortable. Room is clean and large. Fax wood and tile floor- no ratty old carpet - is clean. Every thing works. Bedroom is 20x17 with a kitchenette (but no utensils), sink-vanity-closet room is 6x10 and includes iron and ironing board, tub-shower-toilet room 6x8. Full length mirror in main room, with small table, two chairs, 2 night stands, king bed, tv-desk-chest of drawers and still room to dance.

I really enjoy staying at this RR whenever I’m traveling through Las Vegas - it’s the perfect place for an overnight. I have always found this place clean and accommodating. The rooms are HUGE ! It is one of the best maintained Red Roofs in the country . Highly recommend to anyone needing just basic accommodations w/o all the rest of the Las Vegas hoopla.
